Title of lab, your name, my name, period and day schedule use day 1 please.Lab Write up
Materials: type out refer to text see pages...... but make proper adjustments to what you used or did not use
Procedure: Write it in your own words, and in past passive tense. Make the procedures step by step. DO NOT make it a story or paragraph to read. Labs should be replicable each time and get the same results no matter where they are done or by whom.
Observations:
Make sure that yo show only changes to indicators.
Answer all post lab questions.
Answer Conclude and apply questions.
DO NOT do question #7.
Conclusion - this must be a minimum of 5 lines. It should cover your results, potential errors and how you would apply the concepts learned in this lab to the every day wonders of the world. Real applications!
Please do not put lab reports in any type of folder, just staple all your work together in the top left corner and submit. They must be stapled before coming to class.

I don't know if you will get this tonight or not, so if anyone else knows, you can answer it too. I was just wondering if we need to include our observations for solutions A, B, and C in the observation chart, and do we need to add them to the materials and procedure list?
